Need Help With Hinoki!

Ok, sorry for the repost, but I'm fishing for answers.

I picked up this Hinoki at the nursery the other day, 5gal for $20, so didnt really think I could go wrong, just looked a little skinny and dry.

Any suggestions on nursing this guy back to health?
