Murder By Repotting?

my juniper was fine healthy and thriving. It survived the winter months and appeared to be healthy as of two weeks ago (green under the bark, foliage soft and pliable). I attempted to repot during the first real thaw of the season and everything seemed to go well... a few days after repotting however the tree appeared to go into shock, needles going from a relaxed position to a straight out distressed position. i made sure to water thouroughly after repotting, placed the tree in an area out of direct sunlight, etc. but i'm still experiencing problems? it's been about 2 weeks and the foliage is not gone from a bright green to a dull emerald color? is this in fact some state of shock that my tree has gone into or have i managed to murder my baby? If anyone has any suggestions please share... thx

It has changed color or it has not changed color?

1) A picture would be a big help. I don't know exactly what you mean about the 'relaxed" and "distressed" positions of the needles.
2) Full sun in the spring in Ohio wouldn't be a big problem. Make sure the plant gets lots of sun - full morning sun at a minimum.
3) How much water has the plant been using?

Regards,

Matt
