Or maybe it's dead. I though to clean it from dead leaves and branches, and the ones that remained are green inside.
This should be a good sign right. But than again, there is not a single leaf on it.

Can you tell from the picture what species is it? It has great white flowers. At least it had one week before cold came and he decided to go brown

Do you have a picture of it from before, when it had green leaves? It's hard to identify a tree without leaves or flowers on it. If it's a diciduous tree and you had a mild fall, then it's normal for a cold snap to kill off the leaves and flowers. If you knew what it was, you would have to learn whether that variety is cold hardy in your climate. If not, or to be safe, protect it from extreme cold if it gets well below freezing.

You might also be able to make a guess based on looking at the buds (which I think I see in the photo, although it's hard to tell). On many deciduous trees, the buds will have a bit of color in them but will turn grayish if they die. I don't know if this always works (maybe not), but it's usually been a good clue for my trees.
