i have had a juniper in the garden for 5 years that i havent looked at. now ive come to work on it all the lower foliage has died off. the only foliage is at the top of the manny branches on what was quite a bushy tree. can i rectify the problem or is there no hope.

Hi Simon,
Firstly you need to fill in your User CP to let people know where you are in the world and what zone you are in as advice will greatly differ from region to region and northern/southern hemispheres. Next, a picture would really help people get a look at what you are seeing. From reading your post, I couldn't tell if this tree was in a bonsai pot, nursery container or in the ground.
