any body know what is happening

hello all,

new here and hopefully found a site than can give good advice, i am new to keeping bonsai and at present have 3, 1 chinese elm which i am really happy with as it is was a gift that i managed to resurect and 2 cerissa that are not so happy. The cerissa were brought from the bonsai store and were very healty for several months but over the past few months have become very ill looking they are both showing signs of over watering and being to dry, ive moved them from there original position which was semi shaded the same place where the elm is doing very well and over several weeks are showing no signs of recovery, sorry ive tried posting pics bt they are from a moblile phone and cant work out how to resize them, very breif description but has any body suffered similar symptoms id apprecite opinions until i work out how to resize and post pics,
