Mod's are mod's, they have their own way that involves their communication between each other to protect members from such a malicious person.
He was found out quickly, and delt with.
Do you think the Mod's dont speak to each other on this site?
This would not have come to a head if certain people had not broken into the Mod's personal messages, they , and i do mean they, then decided to make it public.
Luckily enough they were found out in a very short time.
Which is more than i can say on this site, even with all his chum's?? backing him up.
Clean your own house, before you attempt to clean other's.

Lie - no, I like many others were sent emailed info that happen to Force them to Fess up, not because they wanted to. read the pm.

this site - seems to be pretty clear, and clean, unless you have another point or vision. all I asked for is to try to catch the crapola early and shut it off, the other guys are logged on 24/7 it seemed, and are part of every discussion wether they were knowledgable on the subject or not. Here I haven't paid attention to the mods, I can honestly say, that aside from treebay, I don't know if there are mods here.( sorry if that hurts anyones feelings, I think that statement actually reflects well on this site.)

All I infered was that due to constant conflict with a group, another site was damned near, if not put on the brink of uselessness. Don't want that to happen here.

My house, is cleaned, see my above post. Otherwise I can be 100% sure, you have nothing to piss on my bonfire about, my posts are there to read, with no adgenda but to learn, and share bonsai knowledge.

This is all I care to air in public, I am not looking to bad mouth another site here, pm if you choose to disagree with the info I sent you. You maay disagree with it, but they didn't.

This is why I think these should be locked early, sorry folks.

Thank you Vince! Admittedly I do not post here although I do check in from time to time and find it a great site to say the least. Not going to comment upon the current subject of Will here for many reasons. Suffice to say that Will.....is...well, Will!!

Having said that, I appreciate your defending the alluded to site. No need to mention it by name but I'm quite sure everyone here can easily surmise what that site is. Suffice to say that what transpired in the break in of our moderator board is unforgivable and was a travesty beyond comprehension. The people that did so, as most of you may well know by now, were banned. However they took and downloaded many of the moderator post's, distorted, perversely altered them and sent out countless PM's and e-mails to many of the members in hopes of.......? God only knows what! I'm still trying to figure that out! Guess I'm just trying to say that there are those (and I'll refrain from any names here) just simply do not know the facts and have only relied upon what they were told by the above offenders. Until you absolutely know the facts I would strongly suggest that you refrain from such critical judgments on our site.

As I and all the moderators here well know there are facts, problems and considerations involving debate and discussion that always happen behind the scenes of any forum site. Any decision is not rashly made when it comes to banning any member unless it's just one who is blatantly advertising, etc. I'm sure you know the drill!

Will by all means played it out to the point of theatrics beyond belief! My sincere apologies here to everyone for posting such a post when I'm not much of a contributor to this site and I certainly do not want to get involved in the policies and debate of certain people here be they current or former members.
Just wanted to thank Vince and, to all here who have been in touch at the other site in your support for what happened and your understanding in our dealing with such troubled people. Have been a moderator there since it's conception and I still will never understand nor will ever be able to comprehend such behavior in adults. Kind Regards to all.

Yes, we are here, but as you say.....perhaps a mark that we like to see "freedom of speech" and only step in when things get nasty. I would certainly see that as a compliment.

Thankfully, editing/banning is something we rarely have to do.

I am a member here after all and I feel I do have the right to defend an unjust and unsubstantiated statement when I feel all the facts are not known. Nothing more.....nothing less. He brought up the subject, not I. Is there some problem with my posting a response? If there is I suggest you bring it to a moderators attention or the administrator.

Sorry....I do hope of course you realize my comments were directed towards the statement made by Will! He not too long ago via an E-Mail to our administrator claimed that he could save our site (the one I moderate on) and be brought to extreme highs only with his help and input. Now that's a YAWN!!!! Sorry.....again I just had to stick my toes into these murky waters!

As I was the member who inadvertently stumbled upon the Moderators Forum, I am perhaps the best person to explain the events as they happened.



Firstly. There are only three possibilities as to how I could have obtained the content of the moderators forum.



1. I hacked into the pps system criminally.

2. I was given access by someone who wanted me to have it.

3. It was a simple glitch in the program that just happened at the same time as the banning of Will was going on.



Now due to the fact that I know that I couldn’t hack into any computer, my educated guess would go with number 2. I believe that the powers to be at BC just decided to rid themselves of all members who seemed to be supporting Will Heath and as reading the Moderators Forum was a banning offence, we were given that access so that we could be banned without any say in the matter. Now I could just be paranoid and it’s possible that it could be number 3. Those who know more about this program will know better than me.

Yes, upon reading the comments on this forum, I was shocked to say the least, at what the moderators, who I had only minutes before thought of as friends, were saying about myself and others members of this site.



To say that the posts were distorted and perversely altered is an outright lie, they are exactly as copied from the site. Anyone wishing to read same may do so by contacting me by pm or email.



As to the real issue.



Did Will Heath plagiarize? We know, and He knows, that he did and he has attempted to apologise.



However, on reading the 134 posts to this thread, I can’t help remembering and believing the oft quoted statement. There are three sides to every story – His side – Your side – and the truth.



I can’t help thinking that many of the participants to this discussion have a different axe to grind and just want to sink the boot – get over it and get on with your life.
