Candy, Thanks for the time and effort put into posting these wonderful photos. The larch (22915) in the (N.Lenz?) pot blows me away!

Cody - Actually, 22914, 22915 and 22916 are all Nick Lenz compositions. The 22914 accent is difficult to see but it is a small plant on an aged broken mirror. (Nick Lenz wabi/sabi!) I really like the pot in 22916 (sorry, the lighting was difficult). Look carefully and you will see that the pot resembles an x-ray of the interior of the pot. Did you notice the creature in shadow in 22915? -classical Nick Lenz! I am glad that you enjoyed the photos. -Candy |

Ash- I saw part of Charles Ceronio's demo. The one statement from him that stood out in my mind was this: We typically use 200 species for bonsai in North America, while South Africa has 2000 species to use for bonsai. -Candy |

Thanks for posting the pictures. I was hoping to set down and chat with you and some of the other members of this forum. Didn't work out that way though. Too many meetings and too little time. I did get some time to go into the vendors room. Big mistake on my part. Went home with a full truck and an empty wallet ;o( |
