Redwood Empire Photo Tour
Went to Santa Rosa Sat. morning. met most of the Hanford contingent there and Dave E. bought the best deal at the show. A 3 foot tall 3" trunked atlas cedar for 135.00. What a deal. I don't have a pic to post , but I will at the next meeting in Hanford. The Redwood Empire Bonsai Society Show (REBS) was the best I have seen. There were trees in two rooms and the grooming of the trees for this time of year was impeccable. The vendor area was very large, but the quality of the stock was down from previous years. Not much in the way of large things, but many medium things to choose from, and at the right price. This will be a large post, about 20 trees to show.

Large juniper with twisted trunk. I am not sure of the species or orgin of this tree but it sure is unusual
