that tree is quite amazing... can't wait to see pics of it finsihed from the show. Aaaah... maybe someday I'll have trees like that, i can dream cant I? I think first I'll learn to keep my little $40 trees alive and strong!

It's alive and doing quite well, but I am letting some of the lower branches to grow out to restore their health, so it isn't very photo worthy at the moment.
One thing that is worth mentioning is that trees go through cycles for display, restyling, recovery. Repotting is a very rejuvenating activity so on an older tree like this one it might not be an activity to perform the year you plan to display it (unless you're showing out of leaf) because it promotes so much coarse growth.
