Very nice. I have really enjoyed following your history with this tree on this forum! Your determination, and results definitely are inspirational!

Bart, jhill, Matt, Grampz, David & Ralph, thanks!
I've learnt a lot about Ulmus parviflora from caring for this tree in the last year, and had good fun doing so. During repotting I was able to remove a large root, about 5 inches long and 1 inch diameter, from the underside of the rootball. This allowed me to get the tree nice and low in the new pot. It could still do with going a bit lower, I should be able to do that at the next repot in 2 years' time. Regards, TB

WOW! This thread is fantastic, the sort of thing that us Newbies need to see. Your tree has come a long way in such a short time you should be very happy with yourself.
