WBFF World Bonsai Contest Cancelled for 2007
"WBFF WORLD BONSAI CONTEST 2007 ---- World Bonsai Contest put on hold!
The Board of Directors of Bonsai Clubs International and WBFF World Bonsai Contest Screening and Selection Committee have discontinued the 2007 WORLD BONSAI CONTEST because of the serious illness of one of the key organizing staff, Mr. Tom Shigemitsu. Our apologies to our members and those who have already submitted their entries. All of us at BCI wish Mr. Shigemitsu a speedy recovery." I'm sure that all bonsaiists send their best wishes to Mr. Shigimitsu, and wish him a speedy recovery. Mike
