Wow, I just did this, on what I think is a scot's pine, in the ground on the property here. Except I kept three limbs, one will be the new apex, one a singular low branch, and the other is a sacrifice to thicken the base a little.
Any update picss ? If it made it, it's gotta be nice.

I fried this thing about 4 years ago on a repot.

Too bad it was growing quite well.

i would like to see more of it, like when it is put into a pot. i like that style: )

Read a couple posts back. It went into a coffin not a pot. It was a sweet tree.
