Be cool to see,i don't think I've ever come across a book devoted to shohin before: The Shohin-Bonsai book is still in the editing stage, but will hopefully be available this summer. I can only wait and let you know when it happens. The book will focus on the small wonders of the bonsai world, Shohin and Mame-bonsai. Throughout the book step-by-step instructions are available. The book covers all aspects of growing Shohin, from beginners advices to advanced techniques and displaying.

A great number of pictures and graphics helps explaining the issues.

The author, Morten Albek, is a dedicated Shohin-bonsai enthusiast, and performs demonstrations and workshops internationally.

Morten Albek also write articles for Bonsai Europe, Bonsai Today, and a number of other bonsai resources.

The book will be available through Stone Lantern publishing at www.stonelantern.com when released. Further details will be added to this page when the book is printed.
