wow i got that exact same kind of ficus from a McDonald nursury for 10 bucks i love it and it is doing very well a nice pot and some trimming will make it look way better where do ya get urs?

I got them from Flamingo Plants on ebay.
They have more @ http://www.stores.ebay.com/flamingoplantsandgifts

They were about $30.00 total with shipping

im a little scared to order alive stuff from stores over the internet now because i once ordered a juniper from some magizine and it turned out to be like a stick in some dirt i was really madd. i like to buy from local places but mcdonalds sounds really corny but they have some nice trees and stuff there to u have 1 by where u live? or anyother place to buy pre-bonsai trees and such? well i guess its just the name mcdonalds but its a nursury place for plants and stuff.

Very sorry to say Jerry, but the F. neriifolia [willow-leafed fig] is on the unregistered list of trees, ie., trees that cannot be imported into Holland, damned stupid law if you ask me, as I regard the F.neriifolia as being the most beautiful of all the Ficus species.

Have you tried calling it Ficus Salicifolia ?
