Light For Lonicera

I am trying some indoor bonsai for the first time (office in MN), beginning with a Ficus benjamina and a Schefflera. I noticed on Jerry Meislik exellent site that he recommends Lonicera nitida (dwarf honeysuckle) for idoor bonsai. These have been among my favorites outside in California.

I have some flexibility in setting up supplemental lighting in the office. Fluorescent grow-bulb fixtures can work, but I'd have a hard time getting approval for the metal halide lamps due to their heat and noise. Will the fluorescent lights be enough to satisfy the Lonicera?

Jerry, are you out there?

Thanks
Brian
