Greenhouse Use Or Not For Fukien?

I have a greenhouse that I've been using for my tea. I live in Kansas City and in a month or so it's going to be hotter than hell here. I've read so many mixed opinions on how much light (direct or indirect) my fukien needs. Would leaving it in a greenhouse suffocate if when it really starts warming up here? Would it cook the hell out of the leaves?

ANY help or suggestions needed!

Every greenhouse is different. Get yourself a min/max thermometer and keep tabs on your greenhouse temperatures. They have them at most ag supply shops or ***CHARLEY*** Don't let the temperature get above 100 degrees if you can.

I put shadecloth over the top of my greenhouse in mid summer time. Some people hang it inside on larger greenhouses. So you can have direct light in the spring and fall (at least as direct as it gets through the panels) and a bit less in the summer.

If the temperature gets too high you can look into a mistng system or evaporative cooler (swamp cooler), which can be effective so long as the humidity isn't too great.

Regards,

Matt
