Try Yuzo Maruyama (Maruyama Bonsai Nursery) in Sacramento, you might also try Scott and Boleta at Lotus Bonsai Nursery outsied of Placerville. I believe Yuzo's number is in the GSBF vendor list and Scott has a website at lotusbonsai.com. Good luck.

evergreengardenworks.com for younger stock, grown for bonsai so they're well developed and growing on the right path.

In Japan, if JWP means Japanese White Pine, Pinus parvifolia.

Japanese White Pines are not the least expensive trees you can obtain for bonsai, and regretfully they can be among the most difficult depending on climate. I would suggest you get one or two to start with. After reading your profile I realize you are not a rank beginer but this tree is difficult for some who have doing it for a long time. Just a word of caution.
