Review-New England Bonsai

While traveling in the Northeast, I vistied New England Bonsai and must say that I was very impressed. The nursery has hundreds of high quality trees as well as more stock than I could examine in my 2 hour visit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Teddi actually checked to see if some of the better trees marked "NFS" could be purchased. They carefully shipped my purchases as I requested. If you are ever near Boston, this nursery surely warrants a visit-plan to spend 3 hours!

NEBonsai was my virgin bonsai nursery visit and I spent about 3-4 hours there meandering through everything. Teddi had to help me carry everything I bought into the car! The juniper displayed in the main entrance commanded a 1/2 hour of examination alone!! Next time I think I'm gonna bring a folding chair.

Agreed! NEBonsai is a great place.
I noticed you posted about Royal also in the other thread.. I will be going there for my first time next month for a club workshop. I can't wait. While in the area were you able to make it to Bonsai West?

2? Actually there are 3! Bonsai West should not be overlooked! It is a great shop, with great people, and great fairly priced material. There is actually a 4th in MA Cape Cod Bonsai. I have not been there but the pictures on the web look pretty good.
