All,
With over 300 views of this thread, I am surprised only 11 people have actually voted. For the survey to be of any value to me, I would appreciate more feedback via the poll. Hi Ian,
I'm still struggling with accessing the glaze colour pages... From this page http://www.walsall-studio-ceramics....s/Page1075.html I click on the "I want one but can I have another colour- click here" link, which opens this page http://www.walsall-studio-ceramics....s/Page4837.html and here is the problem. I can only click on the pot picture on that second page while the page is actually loading/building. Once the page has loaded, the picture is not a link any more. If I go back then forward I have the same problem. Regards, Chris.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the note. I have tried that very same situation on 2 Pc's here in the office and everything works fine - so I am baffled  Have you tried a "refresh" on that specific "Order in Another Colour" page - since it sounds to me like the original link may have been "BEHIND" the photo -and this would explain why you can not link to the glazes. Anyway, if that does not work - try looking for your required glaze from the new link on the Homepage - then opening the order form from the Shohin page you mentioned. You will then be able to enter the pot code and specify the colour needed. THIS IS WHERE A THIRD PARTY will be of help to us. Is this a problem anyone else can test for me - or is it a problem unique to "Firefox" users ? We will sort eventually I am sure Thanks again, Ian. P.S.
