Frame Overlap

Thanks for that - it is a temporary "Star-burst" which is obviously not showing right with some browsers. It will be removed in the next update tonight.

Ian.

Screen Grab

Rowan, Thanks for that.

Out of interest - how do you do that "Screen-grab" ??

I've tried loads of time with no success. I tried copy all and pasted into Corel Draw - but that gives me a lot of Text and NO images. I presume you need to convert the whole page you are viewing into a j.peg?
Any help appeciated.

Ian.

Ian, there is a button with 'Prt Scr' or something like it on your keyboard, this is the simplest way to do a screen grab. Press it and there will be a grab of the whole screen in the clipboard. Just paste this into your usual graphics package.

Alt-prt scr I think grabs the current window, prt scr on its own does the whole screen.

Regards,

Chris.

Got It

Chris,

Thanks for that. Have the screen-grabs "sussed" now.

Not that I need it for anything at the moment - but I have seen
it done many a time before and wondered how to do it !

Cheers,
Ian.

Hi, Ian.

It's been a while since I did any web design, but here goes. On the Home page, the formatting you have used for the Heading and Nav Bar text is different than that of the main body text. The main body text has a defined font, while the other portions use HTML sizing. Normally this is not a problem, but when someone with bad eyesight (like me) has to up their font size, you get something that looks like picture 2.

Just for reference, picture 1 is the font size you have intended, while 3 is a slightly smaller-than-normal font. Note how the buttons stay stationary while the font placement goes haywire. The same thing happens in the lower right-hand yellow box.

This si probably not a big deal, as very few people change the font settings on their browsers, but there you go. Nice site otherwise.

Great Feedback

Frogboy,

That is the kind of thing that happens when viewing with a MAC.

It will help me to know which operating system and browser you are using ?

Many thanks for identifying the problems - that header text was from a standard template - so maybe I ought to overwrite the lot !

Thanks also Rowan, Chris helped me earlier on that screen-grab.

Cheers,
Ian.
