I owe BonsaiMonk money - can't contact them.

Does anyone know how I can get in contact with the "guys" at BonsaiMonk? I've tried replying to their initial mail when they sent me the stuff - since then I've gotten no replys and I need to give them money...

I've tried the email that they have in their webshop, is there another one - perhaps directly to an individual?

Having bought a few things there over the years through mail order, I've found that calling on the phone is a much quicker way to deal with them. The store is part of a working monastery after all and sometimes email can go unanswered for days, as people are busy doing other stuff and not checking the computer. There is almost always someone there to answer the phone though.

I've also found that actually talking to someone there can turn up things for sale that aren't on their web site or an even better stuff.

Some more thought on the matter.....
Calling may not be possible for you....long long distance...

Also the reason for the lack of responce from them may have something to do with the recent death of the Pope. Perhaps give it a few days...I'm sure they are more interested in other matters at this time.
