Bonsai Today Magazines
A member of our Club has passed away and left her entire bonsai library - magazines and books to our Club. I am currently looking at determining the asking price on Issues #1 through #10 - as well as a number of other issues - some out of print as well. Can you help me with your best assessment of a fair price?
The proceeds go to the Club - so I would like to make sure that we price them correctly. Thanks!

The best way to sell these would be on eBay, where they are sold frequently
You can see in the completed auctions what they typically go for. Depends on condition. Issue #2 is a collectors' item. I paid $100 for it about five years ago. My guess is at least $200. Issue #1 sold recently on ebay for around $35. The remainders should net around $10 each. You would probably be well off to sell these as a group with a starting bid of $99 and see where it goes. Forget the reserve. Reserve bids are for wimps. There are plenty of photos in the other auctions if you don't have a camera or scanner. Regards, Matt
