Our October newsletter went out to some 3,000 members a few hours ago.

If you're NOT getting your bonsaiTALK Newsletter, here are the most common causes:

1. KILLED BY SPAM FILTERS

Check to be sure that you have the address
W E B M A S T E R @ B O N S A I T A L K . C O M
added to your list of approved recipients (whitelist/friends). Some spam filters are very aggressive and might be dumping your newsletter

2. YOUR EMAIL BOX IS FULL (typically, free email accounts go overbudget easily). Get someone to email you a GMAIL invitation and sign up for a Gigabyte of free email.

3. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT - Check your USERCP above left, and click Edit Email & Password link to check which email address you're using.

4. NEWSLETTER PERMISSIONS SET WRONG, OR INCOMPATIBLE NEWSLETTER TYPE:
Visit USERCP->EDIT OPTIONS and ensure that
a. [X] Receive Email from Admin is checked and
b. [X ]Receive Community Bulletin Newsletter is checked and
c. Select the newsletter type as [X] HTML if Checked (most users) or TEXT only if you are receiving a newsletter that doesn't look right. By selecting TEXT, You'd switch to the bare bones text then, with no photos or tables.
