Login or Cookie Problems?

If you are having trouble logging in or staying logged in at bonsaiTALK, you might have some issue with cookies used to maintain your login status.

First, remember that you can log in right away using the form in the upper right of the forum homepage at http://forum.bonsaitalk.com

Now, if you've tried that and logging in or staying logged in is your problem, you might want to test to see if you can log in from a different computer first, or you can go ahead with cookie cleaning.

When you get back to the PC that has problems, can visit this link

bonsaiTALK Cookie Deletion Page

The page will look something like what I post below. You might have a few more or less cookies to clean.

• Check all the boxes and
• click DELETE MY COOKIES at the bottom.
• You should get a message "You Have No Cookies"
• Now you should be able to login normally.

NOTE: You need to visit this link with the particular PC and in the browser that is giving you trouble.
