If that's what it takes...well, I haven't been there in 24-25 years... OOOOpppss...maybe one time... As to PayPal, I've been receiving spams from "PayPal"...6-8 times a week, for about 2 years. Each time, I respond to PayPal's spam email...each time, PayPal responds with something like: Thanks for forwarding...our team is working to disable any websites it links to. Know what? Got one today. Two yesterday. Three or 4 across the weekend... PayPal? Never. Pat __________________ BONSAI isn't about surviving in a storm, rather, how to dance in the rain. THE ONLY WAY: Always remember, and don't ever forget, that whatever you read here is not cast in concrete... the intent of any advice is to help. Well, I have a business paypal account, and have only had maybe three of those in a year. It isn't paypal's fault... somehow, the spammers got your email address and once they have it, you're a target. But I can assure you that paypal does everything that they can to prevent such a situation. I get spams that claim to be from banks that I have never heard of... they aren't using information from a real bank! That stuff happens all the time.

It had existed for a year without a bit of spam, and within four DAYS it was getting spammed. Now it gets spammed four or five times a day. What people won't do for a buck...... I fully understand where you are coming from, Joan, however, with several hundred messages telling me they are working on it, with thier resources, I find it totally unbelievable that "...paypal does everything that they can to prevent such a situation...". But Pat, the point is that the spammers have your address, so what is paypal supposed to do? Those spammers sell their lists to each other. It's like getting mad at the bank because someone is sending you junk mail that looks like legitimate advertising. Once your address is out there, floating around, how are they supposed to stop spammers from sending you stuff?

It's like blaming the legitimate sellers of Viagra for the spam you get from spammers.....
