All well and good, M'Lady...however, it is FRUAD, and most companies do care...so do the Feds...

I, for one, am willing to invest the time it takes to notify PP and the Feds.

Pat, I'm sorry, I think we are not communicating well. Paypal isn't able to stop spammers once they have your address, because they are out there all the time, changing their ISPs, trading addresses and doing it again. It has nothing to do with paypal. The only way you can stop it, is to change your own email and be careful about where your email shows up. That's why we don't allow people to post their email addresses on the forum... there are bots that automatically go through and look for email addresses to grab and resell to spammers. Paypal can shut them down daily, and they do... but more spring up constantly. Once your address is out there, they simply can't put the genie back in the bottle.

And the Royal Bank of Nigeria called... they say you haven't claimed your unknown inheritance of one million dollars.
