Generally, I did not foliar feed with protekt. Occasionally I'd give the leaves a good washing but the rain usually did that for me. I usually wake up too late to water/wash the leaves cause the suns up and shinning bright by then.

Once in a while I'm up late/early enough to water before bed when its practically a few hours before morning.

G'day All...

It's DynaGro for me folks...been using their products for over 10 years...nine of that in the Southern Arizona Desert...with no shade cloth...morning sun only during the HOT weather. Like I used to tell my students...in So AZ, during the HOT weather, morning ends about 10:00am.

For the last couple of years, I've been using the DG products Pro-TeKt Liquid Silicon Solution, KLN Liquid Rooting Concentrate and GROW Liquid Plant Food – 7-9-5 in a combined solution...following the manufacturers instructions.

Applied every two weeks.

I buy direct from DG.

Worked very well for me.

Try it...it may work for you. Or not.

Pat

THE ONLY WAY: Always remember, and don't ever forget, that whatever you read here is not cast in concrete... the intent of any advice is to help. In no way should you feel that I’m saying that my way is the only way…heaven forbid! I've seen far too much of the "my way or the highway" attitude in bonsai as well as in other areas of life.
