In order to make a photo the right size to fit the parameters of this site, the photo must be compressed or resized. I use the Microsoft photo editor when I compress my photos. I right click on a photo and choose the "edit" option. One of the options is to resize or compress the photos. I choose the compression option and it allows me to choose which size to compress to. I use the "large web" size option.

It is a bit frustrating at first, but once you get it figured out, it just another hoop to jump through (well worth it though, in order to get valuable advice from the many knowledgeable people that provide input at this site).

If you don't know how or don't have the software try going to shrinkpictures.com & follow the simple instructions.

Hope this helps,

Bob O

Thanks Bob, Iwas just about to post the same info......
Just for ease here is a link www.shrinkpictures.com

Use the "browse" function to find the file on your PC, then save the resulting picture into a folder say marked "forum pics", then it will be easy to find.

When you post, look for the "manage attachments" box under the text entry field. Here you will find another "browse" option and you can then upload the photo at a size suitable.

Don't hesitate to ask anything else if you are still stuck. We have ALL been there!

Regards,
Ian.
