View New Posts Question

Matt, I love the View New Posts button. I primarily use it so I don't have to click through all the diffferent boards manually. However, I (and I think alot of other people) often don't check in until after 9 pm PST and by then the thing has wiped out to start a new day. Is there anyway you can change it to maybe keeping the last 50 new posts or something like that instead of it being time sensitive?

Thanks,
Earl

The "View New Posts" link on the upper left of the forum index page should be giving you all the new posts since your last visit whenever that was.

A link in the same position would read "View Today's Active Threads" if you are not logged in yet. That link shows only the daily activity and it does get reset at midnight each day (somewhere in the midwest).

But View New Posts Should give you what you want, even if it has been a week or two since your last login. It's also the same as the "What's New" link on the homepage

I think.

Regards,

Matt

Thanks, Matt. I thought it was short because it was dropping stuff off but evidently it is because that is all the new posts since I last looked. Makes sense.... as I've said before, I'm sort of dense when it come to computers!
