Trouble staying logged in - bonsaiTALK Community

California Country: USA USDA Zone: 8-10 AHS Heat Zone: 6-7 Posts: 314	One thing that does bother me is the fact that I can not stay logged in to the forum if I choose too. I have it on a bookmark and everytime I start reading and decide to post it tells me "not logged in" or "not registered".

It could be one of a couple of things.

1. Go to your Options, which you can also reach by hitting USER CP in the title bar above
2. Make sure you are browsing the forum with Cookies. That's line 3 and it should be set to yes. That's the only way you could hope to stay logged in from one session to the next

3. Now make your bookmark. If you do it first, before logging in, you might be capturing some long session ID (e.g., S=123910283) that might be making your life miserable.
4. Don't log out.

If it's still not working, you may have something wacky or very aggressive set in your browser's permissions that is preventing the forum cookie from being set. If so, you'd need to add bonsaitalk to your trusted sites.
