Ron, it was the guy with the cane. That's the one!! Although the (lady?) with no teeth seems to be familiar too. Maybe an archetype?

The thing with the pacifier is totally foreign and I've never seen it before in my life, till now.

I went into the woods as a tall, handsome young man and I found the perfect yamadori, but my shovel was made of rubber so I couldn't dig it out. However, having the strength of my youth, I was able to tear it loose with my hands. I took it home to pot it and it died, but the poison ivy vine I didn't see rooted well and rubbed off on me.

Now I'm getting older, gnarled, and covered in calamine lotion. But I don't smell bad. I refuse to smell bad.

Does that count?
