I must be a missplaced southern boy. You should see the rest of that room, its covered with NASCAR diecast. I never miss a race on Sunday. Its no wonder that I don't have nice trees, I spend my money on too many hobbies. P.S. have a salt water reef tank too.

Sorry Bonsainut I didn't see this earlier. A lot of cypress, some cedar, junipers are big too. Maples are a little harder to find but I can just about get anything from the local coop or Lowe's. There is a lot of flowering stuff too. Jasmine and crepe myrtle are pretty abundant. My biggest gripe is that this stuff is sold for "regular" trees which means their inner foliage isn't the best in the world. Finding pots is the biggest problem. My nearest bonsai nursery is in Memphis which is a three hour drive. My wife isn't crazy about driving six hours (roundtrip) for two or three pots (neither am I).

I think you'd better check your family tree. The NASCAR stuff sealed your fate. You gotta have southern roots somewhere.
