With all the virtual bonsai going on , post them any way. I'm sure that someone will make them into a masterpiece. I think that everyone here is not going to be to critical about someone elses work. That is the only way that you can learn. Trust me I have posted pictures before that I thought were pretty good bonsai. I was surprised at what some people said. Not that it was bad, I just had never looked at my own tree with that critical of an eye before. Sometimes it is goor to get an objective opinion.

Just taking the photo is a great way to get another objective perspective of your bonsai. In the picture the scale of the tree becomes clear. It's also a great way to see if a pot's proportions are appropriate.

Another trick is to look at it your bonsai in a mirror. Every little flaw comes out
