Actually, I don't think it is the chat software (server or client side). The problem is the server (or the server management software) where the chat software is running. I say this because I have noticed that when I get kicked out of the chatroom, and try to immediately log into the forum (not the chat, but the actual bonsaitalk website), I can't! That means that I cannot access the server that hosts bonsaitalk and its chat. After a while, the server allows me back in and I can log back into the chat.
