The transition from rough stock (prior photo) to developing bonsai is an investment of time in the Pruning-Wiring-Styling cycle that will reap big rewards down the road.

The developed nebari fo this Juniper is a testament to Larry's skill with the species. (Juniper are known for poor rootage)
