Are these two buxs' worth saving?

Here are two Japanese Buxs' that were recently dug up to make way for a new hedge. There is a huge amount of die back on both, but I think that the one on your right (in the first photo) has more potential and would make a nice raft-type style, if not a very-multiple trunk style.

Worth saving?

If I were you and the only thing that those trees need is water and a bit of extra soil I'll keep'm for a couple of years to see what happens. You have other trees that you need to water anyway.

I must say I agree, leave them in the garden for a few years and leave them be.
