Deadwood Guidelines

I was curious to know if anyone could provide any links specifically dealing with jins and sharis. I am looking more for guidelines about their implementation as opposed to the methods of their creation. So far I use Walter Pall's gallery for reference.

Regards,
Mark

You probably owe it to yourself to get one of Kimura's books. Magical Technician of Contemporary Bonsai is one series, I think there were three parts, and The Bonsai Art of Kimura is the English language title that Stone Lantern had at one time.

Lots to mull over there. Probably more deadwood than any tree needs.

I also like the second or third link down on this page - Inspirations from Nature. They are Bristlecone Pines from the White Mountains of California

Pleaseet me know if you run across any more deadwood links for the links page.

Regards,

Matt

P.S. it is "Jin", "Shari" and "Bonsai," whether plural or singular. "Jins" is like "Sheeps"
