Tool ID

Hi could anyone please identify the make of this set of cutters?? If not identify them does anyone else use them and if so what is the quality like on them. Cheers for any help.

It says Satsuki on the upper right hand corner.. plus it has that pic of a Satsuki.. so im guessing its for satsuki's

It says Satsuki?? Am I blind or can you read japanese?? Hopefully the latter or my trees are in deep trouble.
