Joshua Roth Tools

We all can be quick to complain, I would like to take a minute to Thank....

My JR Concave Cutter #1169 had a problem. I contacted Joshua Roth LTD and was told to send it back to them with the purchase receipt. I returned the cutters last Tuesday from NY State. Today, Monday, in less than a week a new pair arrived from JR in Oregon.

My telephone contact with the company was very easy and nicely handled. I strongly recommend this company for their standing behind their product and their extremely quick handling of the issue. Yes... I WILL think about JR tools when I am in need of another.

Jay, I seem to be having a problem with all my bonsai tools at the moment, they just don't seem to be making a decent bonsai out of any tree that I've got, maybe I should just send them all back

Hey nut,

I asked them about that, they did not feel that the problem was the tools... They said something about practice practice practice.... and patience and skill were necessary......I thought you just needed the correct tools... but what do I know ;^)

Jay, I'm glad to hear that your experience with Joshua Roth was a positive one. JR stands behind their tools and warranty.
