My JR Concave Cutter #1169 had a problem. I contacted Joshua Roth LTD and was told to send it back to them with the purchase receipt. I returned the cutters last Tuesday from NY State. Today, Monday, in less than a week a new pair arrived from JR in Oregon. My telephone contact with the company was very easy and nicely handled. I strongly recommend this company for their standing behind their product and their extremely quick handling of the issue. Yes... I WILL think about JR tools when I am in need of another.
