I Cut It! Nah Nah Nah Nahhhh...

This is the stone after cutting and carving the daiza.

Very nice stone Al...it sure is a shame you had to cut it and destroy the value of such a great stone...

Oh well, everything can't be perfect...wonderful job on the daiza...the center foot is certainly well placed to support the visual weight...it is a 'Keppler keeper', and if you search hard enough perhaps some day you will find a stone that will fit in it without having to cut it...

Just to be real honest I find it difficult to see that this stone is cut...it is probably due to the 2D image I am looking at...If I could see it in 3D or real life I am sure I would be able to tell you destroyed the value by cutting it...are you sure you cut it...

I've only read two books on the subject, while not cutting is preferable, one cut is allowed by both Authors. Felix Rivera and Can't remember.

I think this is an excellent stone.
