Suit of Armour

This was a tree at the shohin show in 1999. I thought the plant was great, but the pot is very unusual. I thought I would post and see what some other people think.

Re: Suit of Armour

This is exceptable for a cascaid and it definatly makes a statement out side of the normal thinking. I think that it is exelent, makes a very masculan counter point to a very nice tree.

Looks kinda shogun to me. No idea who made it. I will ask around at the convention this weekend. Larry Ragle might know.

Re: Suit of Armour

Hey, I found this pot for sale at the GSBF convention. It is a copy of an antique korean pot made about 150 years ago. The copy is fairly inexpensive going for about 15.00 bucks. I did not purchase it because I saved my money for more important purchases that I will post later!!!! Bottom line is that pot is out there and fairly common.
