Stump Pot
I have been trying to make a pot out of an old stump. I found a way. I thought someone would like this. I drilled holes in the top of the log and placed HOT brickets on top. A fan helps keep things burning. I think I will repeat the process to get it a little deeper. Its about 4" deep in the very center now. Its just somthing different...

Seal it when finished so it doesn't rot away.
I like it. I find it interesting. And it gives you something to do while waiting...on your plants. I've thought of cool things to make/use as pots too. But right now I'm trying to cuttings to root-happy. Keep us posted on progress please. |
