My friend Matt bought this RED bougie from me last summer.
His wife had me make him an oval pot for it for a Christmas present this last Christmas. He sent me some winter pics of it in it's new pot.
I can't wait to see the red flowers with that blue pot.
The pot was 13 1/2 inches across I think.

Spring Show Season Pots

Spring shows are starting. I've been firing a lot. ere are a few shots

First two ash glazed rounds. One with rivets and one scalloped.

Then a pot I call 'Serendipity Drips'. The ash glaze ran very bad. luckily I had it stilted just in case. The glaze ran down and formed drips that are now the feet. Very kewl!

A very big and heavy commissioned pot. Made for a customers large semi-cascade right-sweeping cork bark black pine. Made to his specs.
12" INSIDE square and 8" deep inside.
I need to get someone to hold this pot to show true size.
Here is one side and a close-up of the pine on the other side. Both sides are right-sweeping.

Okaaayyy

Thank you to the few that have commented here since I resumed posting pots here again 3 weeks ago.
I'll try again in another 9 months or so and see if there is any more interest to make the time consuming photography, sizing and posting worth while..

Regards,
Dale

Don't wait so loooong. I love to see your pots. I will buy one some day. I'm just not sure I could afford one right now.
