That grey and black streaked bunjin is very nice Dale what are the dimensions? The 1st fancy one has alot of charm, I like this alot. When do you think your web page will be up again?
And if you keep answering my questions before I ask them, I'm gonna begin to wonder about you.. ![]() Last edited by Will Heath : 10-Sep-2004 at 01:06 AM. |

whoops, had 2 posts in there, sorry, I took them out...I should have known better, nobody fires 4 pots at home...cost ineffective..anyway, what type of firing, I'm rusty.....
Edit: Ha, I knew it, well close, I was thinking wood kiln but, close enough for my mind... Great work I really love the finish of them...Do you have access to sodium kilns anywhere around? |

breefe,
No wood. I'm lucky to have a gas kiln. Most wood kilns are at universitys or out of the city a ways with country potters. You couldn't do that in a neighborhood. No salt, I really am not into salt glazes and it takes a dedicated kiln. The university has one but I'm not a student there. QWith the cost of setting up a kiln you don't just install 4 or 5 at your home!! some turquoise shohin

Will,
I haven't had time to get to your pot ( besides, we'll need to talk more about it). I've been trying to get stock back up in two weeks between shows ( one starting tomorrow), then I'll be nuts getting built back up for Miami show in early October, soooooo I won't get to "commissioned" pots until mid-October. Dale
