Darrell,
When I asked you why you were using a thermocouple, I guess I missed that most folks buying kilns these days, get them with the firing computers attached. I got my aftermarket computer only recently and they have been around for years now. I think it is great that the company that sold you the kiln gives a class in it's use. I don't know that the company I worked for ever did that. Considering the danger that a kiln can pose it is wise. I imagine there is a good sales acpect to it also. Barry |
