As with Morea your words encourage me to persist with my obsession. I agree with the promo from a " Named" Bonsai artist. I firmly believe I will get there someday so I shall hang on in there.

I used to sell trade at first to get a return on my material enabling me to buy more equipment and raw material. Over the past two years though I have just concentrated on selling my pots myself. As you say any one can try to sell a pot but when the maker sells the pot that he has made, the customer gets the enthusiasm and passion which has been injected into the pot they are holding.

See I am encouraging myself now

I know the black cloth left hand corner ... I have gone out a bought some new black material now so the next display will look better. I thought I had enough but obviously not. I wont make that mistake again

The customers could come around the back of the stand. I am glad I took one of my trees in one of my pots as it created alot of interest and it also showed that not only do I make pots, my Bonsai are not too bad either.

Hope you oth find the glaze ok

Regards to you both

Andy
