Depends what you looking for, Flora farm has good pots but they hella expensive, I would take a trip to JODA in Dunnottar, about 15 minutes from carnival city. Check out www.jodabonsai.co.za. You can also try this link but i never had success in dealing with them. http://www.sabonsai.co.za/pots.htm

Hey, there are several good dealers but they are quite hard to find, on a recent fishing excursion i found a couple who make some fantastic pots but i had no cash with me. They are out on the other side of the lion farm... will get you more accurate details when i remember them. They have a wide variety at a very good price. i have never had luck with sabonsai either, they seem to me to be a bit overpriced too.

Pots in the Good old SA
Hi Andy,
Nice to meet a fellow S African on the site! I am led to believe that Oranje Potteries in Viljoenskroon, in the Free State are good. Tht's about 70 Kilo's otherside of Parys where I live. Went there today but they're unfortunately still closed for the festive Season. Altenatively try Miniature Trees - Kranspoort Nursery near Krugersdorp. 011 952 1534. Lovely folks and the old lady makes the pots herself. Only the imported pots at Jo-Da are worth it - but at a price! |
