And Yet Another Cedar

Guys,
Hope noone gets tired of these cedars (arbovitae). Just getting ideas for their spring stylings. This shot is of My chosen front . I intend on shortening the top. Thuga ocidentalis is one of my favorite trees ( next to larch and apple) though the foliage is somewhat difficult . Thoughts . ideas and tips greatly appreciated.

I'm building my second kayak this winter (for my wife) and it's made out of cedar. So I say let the whole thing grow humungous so I can cut it up for boat wood.

Actually, I like the first view the best. Don't know why but it just looks more natural. I would trim the upper live branch a little so it doesn't compete so much with the beautiful dead wood.

Nice tree. You have a winner there.

I too like the second view but you have to reduce the folage height. Great material.
