Time is good, you never get enough and I like to draw now that I figured out the etch a sketch system I really do enjoy it or could you tell Ken?

I think you need to research the intricacies of Bougainvillea. My understanding of it is that bougainvillea is a vine. I think you'll run into problems attempting to create a broom from this species. Several of our Florida members grow bougies, and Dale Cochoy had a pretty long step-by-step styling of one somewhere on here. "Search" will probably find it for you.


fwiw: I'm not a grower of Bougainvillea so, take my advice for what its worth (though you'll note my only advice is to seek other's advice).

Hey Steven, i know your from Durbs but if you ever get a chance check out pretoria kai and Shibu Bonsai in joburg, they have two of the best bougies i have ever seen...

I think Kens idea is very imaginative and shows some talent. Thinking outside the square can make a great tree.
