Trident Maple Forest Repot

Here are pictures of my Trident forest repot. These are 2-3 yr. old whips from Bill Valavanus which have been in the ground for 2 years. The project took about 3 hours and was a little tricky getting them all wired down and standing tall.

This is how they looked last fall...then the repot today....

Suggestions Welcomed....

Jonny

Jonny,

Not a bad start but I would chop a lot of the trunks. The smallest trunks should be the shortest trees most of the time. Some of them could be cut back by half. Remember the triangle rule. Shorter as they get closer to the edge also. Check out my poor virt.
